1.1 Unused and Unworn Items To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

2.3 Packaging and Shipping Please carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring that they are securely protected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2.4 Return Condition Verification Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. If the item(s) pass the inspection, we will proceed with the refund process. If they do not meet the criteria, we may be unable to process the return and may return the item(s) to you at your expense.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
